EDA Registration System
Before we proceed to our registration form, please read the Terms & Conditions below.
Registration Procedure
You have to fill a registration form and indicate one of the EDA applications (portals) you are interested in. At the end of the registration procedure, an activation e-mail will be sent to you. You should follow the activation link contained in the e-mail (If you are already registered but you didn't receive a validation email,
in order to resend your validation email.). Once you have validated your e-mail address your request will be automatically forwarded to an EDA moderator in charge of the selected application who will approve (or reject) your request and assign you one of the user roles in the respective application. The moderators are notified automatically by e-mail but please understand that their action requires some time and is subject to their presence and workload.
After the moderator has approved your account (including your organisation), you will get an email inviting you to log on for the first time to EDA's log-on system. Please accept this invitation and follow the instructions that you will find in the email. Once you completed the steps, you will be able to log-on to MyEDA (
https://my.eda.europa.eu
).
Please note that having a valid MyEDA account will only grant you access to MyEDA portal and to the single application you have indicated during the registration procedure. Should you need access to another EDA application you have to submit an access request from this page
https://my.eda.europa.eu/Pages/Applications.aspx
. Again, an EDA moderator responsible for that application must assign you to one of the user roles in the application.
User Information
All the information provided by you, as a user to EDA has to be honest and correct. Failure to comply with this requirement can lead to the termination of your MyEDA account. In addition, you are required to have a valid email address provided by your current organisation and not a free web-email, such as those provided by Google, Yahoo or Hotmail; such requests will be removed without any explanation.

An inactive user (that has not visited EDA applications for more than 4 months): their access rights will be temporarily withdrawn (suspended). An email will be sent to notify the user and will contain instructions to contact EDA administrators or any of the moderators of the application that they had access to, in order to reactivate their account.
All inactive accounts for a period of 1 year will be removed from MyEDA
An organisation administrator can remove at any time any member of the organisation using MyEDA portal
Registered users may request the deletion of their accounts and associated personal data, at any time. Such requests should be addressed to
